Your “signed in” session may have timed out. Try signing out and then sign back in to view your account information.
Do you have a Marriott Rewards account number? Your account profile may not have a number assigned to it. Sign in with your email address on www.marriott.com. If your account does not already have a Marriott Rewards number attached, you will be asked to confirm your email address in order to automatically upgrade your account. After upgrading to an online Rewards account, you should be able to access your information.
