NikePlus Members automatically receive free standard shipping (and discounted expedited shipping options) on every order as long as you're signed in when you make your purchase. Items ordered with standard shipping arrive between two and four days after we process the order.
Both NikePlus Members and guests also have the opportunity to select from additional shipping options during checkout. Our shipping options include the following:
Standard (2-4 business days for orders placed by 5pm EST):
- Free for logged-in NikePlus Members
- Free for guest orders of $150 or more
- $8 for guest orders of less than $150
Two-day (for orders placed by 9pm EST):
- $5 for logged-in NikePlus Members
- $15 for guest orders
Next-day (for orders placed by 7pm EST):
- $15 for logged-in NikePlus Members
- $25 for guest orders
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- Orders are processed Monday-Friday (excluding holidays).
- Orders placed after the cutoff time are processed and shipped the next business day.
- Orders are not delivered on Sundays or holidays.
- Orders to APO/FPO addresses ship free via USPS Military Mail and arrive in 30-45 days.
- Nike By You and Converse Custom orders arrive in 3-6 weeks—standard and expedited shipping times do not apply.
- We do not offer international shipping and are unable to ship to US territories, PO boxes, re-shippers, or package forwarding services.
